Gary Harrelson helps leaders communicate clearly, navigate conflict, and build trust so their teams and workplaces can thrive.
With more than 30 years of experience developing leaders, Gary has worked across healthcare, service industries, manufacturing, education, non-profits, and property management. He works closely with leaders in high-demand environments where communication and strong relationships are critical to success. His work centers on the core idea: when leaders improve how they communicate, build trust, and navigate conflict, team performance improves, and workplace culture strengthens.
Gary is a Gestalt-trained coach and organizational development practitioner and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
Leslie Tucker

Leslie Tucker brings over a decade of experience in civil rights and fair housing law to her practice. Before joining Williams Edelstein Tucker, P.C., she served with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the City Attorney's Office for the City of Atlanta.
Today, Leslie focuses her practice on defending housing providers nationwide in fair housing and landlord-tenant matters. She regularly provides clients with consultation and live training on fair housing compliance and specializes in physical accessibility for multifamily housing, including UFAS and FHA requirements and local building codes, conducting inspections on new and existing properties across the country.
Leslie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served on the Law Review Editorial Board. She is a member of the Bar in both Georgia and Florida.
