REMINDER: CARH’s Top 20 for 2026 Survey – Complete This Year’s Survey Today!

On March 24, 2026, the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing issued the following reminder:

On February 10th, CARH announced the survey was open for CARH’s Top 20 for 2026. This is the 12th year that CARH has conducted a survey which, when completed and analyzed, willrank the top 20 rural housing developers, managers, and owners in the industry, in each category, through December 31, 2025.

CARH’s Top 20 for 2026 survey will benefit all in the industry, so please give us your input today! We need your completed survey no later than Friday, May 8, 2026. The results will be announced at CARH’s Annual Meeting & Legislative Conference in June, with the final list being published in the CARH News and the Affordable Housing Finance magazine. Don’t be left out of this important initiative–complete the survey today!
