Register Now for the 2026 Florida CARH Annual Conference

The Florida CARH Annual Conference is heading back to the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, October 19–21, 2026. Registration is open now, and this year's lineup gives attendees real, practical tools to bring back to their teams and properties.

What You'll Hear From Speakers

Gary Harrelson, EdD, PCC will lead a session on leadership communication, trust, and conflict navigation. With more than 30 years of experience developing leaders across healthcare, manufacturing, education, and property management, Gary works with organizations where strong communication and relationships directly affect performance. He's a Gestalt-trained coach and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Attendees will walk away with concrete strategies for communicating more clearly, resolving conflict on their teams, and strengthening workplace culture.

Leslie Tucker, Partner at Williams Edelstein Tucker, P.C., brings over a decade of experience in civil rights and fair housing law, including time with the EEOC and the Atlanta City Attorney's Office. She defends housing providers nationwide in fair housing and landlord-tenant matters and specializes in physical accessibility compliance, including UFAS and FHA requirements and local building codes. Her session will give attendees a clearer picture of fair housing compliance and what inspectors and regulators are actually looking for on new and existing properties.

Together, these two sessions cover both sides of what it takes to run a strong affordable housing operation: leading people well, and staying compliant while doing it.

Sponsorships Are Still Open

Sponsor and exhibitor registration is open now. It's a direct way to put your organization in front of the developers, property managers, lenders, and vendors who make up Florida's affordable and rural housing community — with three days of built-in networking on the beach.
